ANNOUNCEMENT OF PARTNERSHIP WITH
GOLF PEOPLE

The PGA of South Africa has entered into a partnership deal with Golf People to enhance and raise our employment offering and opportunities both nationally and internationally for all PGA members.
Golf People is a specialist staffing company, dedicated to servicing the Golf Industry, locally and internationally.

Being a specialist agency the Golf People consultants are highly skilled and passionate about what they do and have the expertise and knowledge to effectively add value to both sides of the staffing spectrum for candidates and clients alike. They are driven by the philosophy of delivering on what the promise so as to ensure that candidates and clients are offered world class service.

Through this exciting and unique partnership, the PGA have put in place relevant and necessary Human Resource documentation and standard contracts for all PGA members (currently available on www.pgasa.com in the Members Only section). The offering will be raised to a higher level as members will now be given further opportunities to develop and diversify their careers, by posting their own C.V’s on the Golf People website www.golfpeople.co.za .
All CV’s will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and information will not be shared with anyone without the candidates consent.
This further allows a PGA member to enter him/herself into the “golfing market” without jeopardising their relationship with their current employer.

The PGA will continue to communicate all employment opportunities to our own members via our email communication and through the website.

Website links will be created from the PGA (www.pgasa.com) website to the Golf People website (www.golfpeople.co.za) and vice versa to allow members to keep updated with the latest job offers.

This offering is not only for PGA Professionals to find employment – but also to source staff.
Golf People deal exclusively with the golf industry, providing a service to clubs and resorts and estates in supplying them with the right person for the role, in turn offering a complete staffing solution! They have a database of candidates, as well as the resources to find you the right person. Golf People deal with all aspects of the industry and range from:
